Returns Policy

JS Watch co. Reykjavik offers a 14-day window for returns, specifically for watches that remain in absolutely new and unused condition.

Returns are accepted exclusively for JS Watch co. Reykjavik Sales and Faulty items. If your purchase was made through a local store, kindly process returns directly at the original point of purchase.

Should your watch not meet your expectations, please reach out to us within 14 days to initiate a return authorisation. Feel free to contact our customer service at info@jswatch.com.

For credit card transactions, the original purchase amount, excluding shipping fees, will be refunded to your credit card or Paypal account.

To proceed with the return, kindly package the watch in its original box along with all initial packing materials, manuals, warranty cards, and any other items initially provided.

Please be aware that the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. To safeguard your return shipment, we strongly recommend obtaining insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot assume liability for items that are not received.

For a credit consideration, the watch must be in an absolutely new condition. Refunds cannot be issued for watches displaying signs of use.

Watches that have been modified are not eligible for credit. If any changes have been made to the bracelet links, the watch will not qualify for a return.

For exchanges requested beyond the 14-day period and for worn watches, our standard Warranty Policy will apply. For more detailed information, please refer to the Warranty Information included in the product instructions. Kindly note that JS Watch co. Reykjavik retains the right to assess excessive use that might lead to product damage.
