If your JS Watch co. Reykjavik timepiece should require service or repair, please follow the instructions below:
Contact us through our email info@jswatch.com and tell us what is wrong with your timepiece and you will be contacted back by someone from our technical department, if instructed mail your watch head only (do not ship Alligator strap as it is CITES permitted) through a trackable shipper, to the address below. We recommend that you insure your package for the original purchase value in case it is lost in transit. JS Watch co. Reykjavik is not responsible for lost packages.
Package the watch carefully, include a note that it is sent in for service or repair, enclose the necessary documents including a brief description on work required and keep a document from shipping company stating that the watch is being sent back for repair to avoid problems with customs when your watch is shipped back, also include your full shipping details along with phone number and send to:

"Important Notice for International Customers:
When sending your watch to us in Iceland for service or repair, please be aware that once the service is complete, the watch will be shipped back to your country of residence. It is important that you acquaint yourself with your country's customs rules and regulations regarding the import of goods. Additional taxes, duties, or fees may apply according to your local regulations. We advise you to consult your local customs office for detailed information before shipping your watch to avoid any unexpected charges or delays in receiving your serviced watch. We are not responsible for any customs fees or other charges incurred upon the watch’s return shipment."
Please NOTE: our standard repair turn-a-round is approximately 2 to 6 weeks.
